 ​Your desired date is not bookable​?
​​​          Possible reasons: 

• There are no more overnight accommodations bookable
• Never enter more than a maximum of 2 adults! For Family-Podhouse and Chalet-Houseboat you can additionally book a maximum of 2 children (6-16 years) [ also book adults as children!
• Booking procedure for groups of several couples: Select type of house occupancy and enter a maximum of 2 adults. Select next house occupancy type and enter further pair of persons, etc...

Why are there no direct bookings possible in summer from saturday to sunday?​
          Possible reasons:  

• On weekends the overnight accommodations are blocked because of group events [weddings, companies, anniversaries] - possible night rest disturbance until 02 o'clock!
  1) You want to book more than ever? Because you dream like a bear in hibernation anyway?
  2) We will activate the desired accommodation for you.
  Now book it immediately via our e-Reception - Online Button.
  3) Alternative: Tell us your desired date and one or two alternative dates and we will activate the desired booking object for you - if available.

Problems with credit card Registration?​

3D-Secure requires credit card registration during the booking process?
The 3-D Secure System is an additional security for online purchases and bookings and is used by more and more online shops and booking portals.
 
The guest must register once, e.g. at https://www.viseca.ch/kundenservice/sicherheit/3d_secure.
Afterwards he must enter an additional code for each online order/booking, which he receives via SMS/app on his mobile.

You do not have a credit card for online booking?

Please note: Manual processing will incur a fee of CHF 15 for the execution of the transaction.
Only possible up to 5 working days before arrival.
Advance payment by e-banking or postal check (see below for bank details)

2) Send us now an email to [email protected] with your desired booking.
     Please include the following reservation details:
     - Arrival and departure date
     - which accommodation you would like to book
     - Number of adults | Children with age | Dogs
     - whether you need additional bed linen & towelling for
        podhouses [CHF 18.-/person/booking]
3) We will block your provisional booking and give you
    the amount is known
4) Now pay the amount by e-banking to
     IBAN CH05 0658 8570 0487 9508 2
     for the attention of Forellensee Gastro AG, Zweisimmen
5) Send us a mail confirmation with payment advice until
    at the latest 24 hours before arrival (with postal cheque
    payment with scan of the postal payment coupon)
