Our organic rainbow trout, brook trout, salmon trout and zander require neither a plane nor a freezer. We exclusively process fresh-caught fish, whether gutted, filleted or smoked. Bon appétit!
The Forellensee in Zweisimmen has always been fed by groundwater and mountain water sources. This means the lake offers our fish the best possible habbital with excellent water Quality from mineral-rich mountain water.
Sustainable Organic Farming
Organic fish farmers in Switzerland are committed to sustainability when it comes to feeding and raising fish in order to comply with the guidelines of associations such as Bio Suisse as well as national regulations. Among other things, no fishmeal from so-called ocean bycatch may be fed. Only this way can the preservation of global fish stocks be guaranteed in the medium term. In Switzerland, seven trout farms are already producing according to Bio Suisse guidelines.
