The lakeside restaurant Forellensee offers fish, of course. And also crayfish. As fresh as it gets from our own spring-fed lake. But that’s not all. Meat lovers will also get their money’s worth, as will vegetarians, vegans and those with allergies. Everything is prepared with love, using local products whenever possible.

By breeding local crayfish in our spring-fed lake in Zweisimmen, we contribute to the government-backed biodiversity program "conservation through use." Available exclusively on a few weekends during the winter and only with a reservation. While supplies last.
